A few weeks ago, in early April, I woke up earlier than a robin and headed down to the Blair Flats along the Grand River in Cambridge to watch a pair of young but mature bald eagles for a little while. I was blessed enough to view a spectacular sunrise, complete with an eagle flying across the sun towards the river.
